I think a touch of shading and depth to the golds would make those areas stand out as much as the rest. How did you paint the white armour? I really like the effect. Might I suggest using some brown wash to tone it down and give it some dimension? I usually do gold -> brown wash -> gold highlight -> very fine silver highlight. It usually makes the gold have both shine and depth. Everything else is great, I love the other colours and I also appreciate your re purposing of the Ork shoulder guards! Haha! Well done.
