Can rune priests use two physic shooting attacks a turn?

Before I start a quick disclaimer, I haven't attempted this but I think the logic is sound going between both our codex and the BRB.

Master of the runes allows us to use 2 powers a turn. In the explanation of those powers it refers us back to BRB to determine how Physic powers work. In the BRB our powers are classified as "powers without a type" and refers us to our codex to see how they work, in our codex MOTR and Najal can cast two powers a turn. The only type of powers that you cannot use twice in a turn in the BRB are witchfire powers, no where else in the rules in the BRB is there a restriction on using two powers a turn. As our powers have no type I submit that we can cast two physic shooting powers a turn, thus LL and MH or LL and JOTW.

Yeah in 5th edition there was a part about that in the physic rules. That part is no longer there so there is now no restriction.

Sorry, but that's incorrect.

Even if a Psyker has a special rule allowing him to manifest more than one psychic power per turn, he can manifest only one witchfire power - regardless of its subtype.

Powers without a type

If a psychic power does not have a type, the rules for using it will be clearly expressed within its entry.

"Witchfire powers are manifested during the Psyker's Shooting phase instead of firing a weapon.
Witchfire powers are often referred to as psychic sooting attacks

All psychic powers in Codex: Space Wolves do not have a type. However, all the relevant powers (Thunderclap, Living Lightning, Fury of the Wolf Spirits, Murderous Hurricane, and Jaws of the World Wolf) do clearly identify themselves as Psychic Shooting Attacks. So all of these are Witchfire powers are subject to the limit of one per shooting phase.
