LOVE your conversion! you have done great justice to your model with your painting too. some advice related to your photo... perhaps use the reduced flash mode on your camera or stand further back and try and zoom in (but do not zoom beyond the limit of your optical zoom, using digital zoom causes blurriness) so the flash seems less strong... and in that instance disable macro... i always take 2-3 shots per angle and simply pick the best one. hope you dont mind me giving you advice and i wish you the best with everything you are doing. oh and have a merry Xmas! peace Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The wash really brings the shading out, although you might consider sparingly highlighting the guy for that little extra pop that characters deserve. And are those book letters glowing green? :P On a slightly comical note, his pose either suggests him brandishing his Accursed Crozius in the middle of a fiery sermon... or reading directions: "OK, hold out your Crozius as demonstrated in figure 1.4.C... alrighty, got it."
