The Legio list seem quite balanced, namely not OP. Even the Primarchs are not OP. Obviously there are a lot of players that don't want to play against FW armies. They would have their reasons and I respect them but I don't see anything game breaking in the legio list. It's obvious your opponent may choose to not play against it but it can happens with every 40K army. I know players who don't want to play against Necrons, for example. Anyway I don't think the original poster wanted to ask if the HH list can be played against a 40K army. Count the7 Posted December 23, 2012 Share Posted December 23, 2012 I think the Question was in respect to which Codexes would "Count as" should you want to play your Legion army in a Game or tournament that does not allow FW armys or 30K lists.
