awfulawful Posted December 26, 2012 Share Posted December 26, 2012 Assuming that by "final strike" you mean Heroic Sacrifice, it would work on Khârn because the effect is on the Brotherhood Champion himself, not Khârn. The description of the power in the codex says that the BC uses his powers on himself to strike one final blow. That's the extent of any psychic effect.
