Word Bearers with MkIV power armour + MkIII & GW

2nd lot of FW Word Bearers completed to go with an earlier unit of 5 MkIII power armoured marines and a set of 5 standard GW CSM models, pictures are of all of them for comparison purposes. Still have to complete basing. Some photos a bit blurry due to finger prints on lense

I like them, you've got a nice red, but I do think the XVIII on the right shoulders needs another going over. It looks a little too thin. Can I ask what paint you used? Ceremite White will usually cover anything in one or two coats.

 

What are you thinking base-wise? Ruins of Calth?

Cheers - appreciate the feedback, ill go over the numbers again as you suggest. Base wise I have no idea - was considering redoing them as more of a desert theme
