Finding a paint mixing chart

Hi guys, a few month ago I saw a thread which gave instructions on how to mix any of the old GW paint colours using only blood red, ultramarine blue and golden yellow. As far as I remember it was a list detailing the ratios of each paint to one another.

 

The problem is, as much as I try I cant seem to find this thread anywhere. Im pretty sure it was here I saw it, but it may have been on dakkadakka/CMON etc, amd while Ive searched B&C and done several google searches as well, the thread itself remains illusive. Hence I was wondering if anyone knew what I was talking about and if they could point me in the right direction.
