Apocalyptics LPC vow - Done

[Brother apocalyptic]

Well, Ive done my part of the LPC vow as of yet, might add to it in the future, depending on how much sparetime I can conjure!

 

I hereby present my Astorath, the grim!

looks good but i would suggest to try highlight the armor a little bit more and to wash and then highlight purity seals and parchment. optionally, draw lines on parchment to imitate text. is base finished or you still plan to work on it?

Thanks for the input, the armor is infact highlighted up to orange, but it doesnt show in that pic, ill try and get a better one. Same goes for the purity seals, they are a dark purple in the center, and a light on the edges. Parchment is done with true highlights, so the shades are underneath where they doesnt show ;)

 

About the writing on the parchment, Im not sure what to do with it, I wanna do some cool freehands, like blooddrops, wings and so on, but Im not all that good at freehanding atm, so thats why I havent done anything there yet.

 

The base is ready yes, Im going for a snowbase theme, and his parchment takes up so much space, that its quite hard to get a good base for him.

Looks good! Although, looks like in a couple of places you've got a splash of paint on the armour - e.g. leg, or neck - which detracts from the rest of the model.
