Better use of 95 points?

With the new codex, what is a better use of 95 points?

a) 5 Tac marines with a Missle Launcher (with Flakk rockets).

or

5 Scouts with Camo Cloaks and a Missle Launcher (with Flakk rockets).

The tac marines are more accurate and more resilient to normal fire.

The tacs have a better BS and armor save, but the scouts have a better cover save which might help them stay alive longer. Personally, I think a strong tac presence with supporting scouts is the way to go.

if you are using the standard aegis defense line, get a techmarine too... and then the scouts w/sniper& cloak + Flakk is a great choice.

 

i think it depends, both are good. i have always liked sniper scouts :)

Ah but if its your warlord, it can. Sure, its a 1 in 6 chance to roll for immovable object on the "Personal Traits" table, but I'm just sayin

Back on topic, I'd say go for the sniper scouts. They can hang back and still give support. Being able to pin an enemy unit down for a turn can be great when it does happen.
