Holy epicness batman

Having just finished going through the new codex for the 3rd time all I can say is EPIC. 6th edition has become my favorite edition of rules so far and though after the Chaos codex I was alittle worried about the direction C:DA would take. Those worries were completely un-warranted. The new fluff along with the old has sucked me back into the fold and the 40k universe again with a vengance.

 

From a game stand point I'm giddy that

1. HQ's can now take TDA or Artificer Armour

2. rifleman dreads!

3. options,options,options!

4.awesome armoury

5.ASMODAI IS BAAAAACK!

 

The new units are very cool, most of the new models are sweet and there's no giant lion riding knights ( thank God above)

 

All in all I'm very happy with the book with only a few little things that make me go "awe" but those are over shadowed by eveything we got. I havent been this happy with a book AFTER it's release in a long time, I was super stoked for the chaos book but the direction they went with it left me feeling kinda meh.

 

Now just to decide on wether to resurrect my AoA or start DA's or another successor....
