Gentlemanloser Posted January 16, 2013 Share Posted January 16, 2013 Hi all, would anyone with the new Dark Angel Codex mind clarifying the rules on the Power Field Generator? Specifically which units can benefit from it. Does the wording state 'friendly' or even Codex: Dark Angel units, or is the AoE 4++ Save left open? I'm hoping I can use it with Grey Knights armed with Nemesis Force Swords. Giving all my Strikes a 3++ in CC, priceless! ;) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Put a technomarine with a power filed generator inside a Land Raider and you will have 4++ and repair. The guys in GK units are within 3" of the DA guy who has the Generator is what i believe he is doing. but enemies within 3" will get the save too. The Generator grants a 4++ save to the model with the Generator and all (friendly and enemy) models within 3" of the model who has the Generator. But nice facing TH/SS termies, who don't care about getting an aditional 4++ save (or any TDA really, who will still gat thier 2+ save anyway). Or an Azreal backs IG blob, for that matter.
