Brother Mjollner
Has anyone ordered from them? Specifically my fellow wolves, for specific reasons which will not be linked.... That mmeans go browse their pads. What was the quality of the peices you received. If their garbage I'm not going to bother, if they were aces.... Maybe some folks would like to get together for a herald deathwolf commission. I've seen people do it for dice why not this? Russ Brother 92
out of interest is the company's name just Custom Miniatures? or another company? as I googled said name and it hasn't come up with a specific company - I haven't bought any customs so far - never had the money :/ I'm guessing you mean the company Custom Minis? frostclaw222
I never got past the discussion phase with the last 3D modeler (and I think it was this guy) that I talked to, but the upside is that you can pretty much request and provide development input on any bit you'd like if the provider is willing. The downside? Initial expense is considerable, but thereafter, price should come down, though not enough for most components other than legs, shoulder pads, heads, etc. It'd be great to finally have animal skull power armor helmets of various flavors for extra Heresy Era Vlka Fenryka goodness, but I doubt they'd ever reach the enough-bang-for-buck stage without a group of buyers banding together for a large lot deal, and then you'd have so many people providing positive and negative input on in-process items that I think it'd end up untenable. In concept, though, it's great. As for actual product, I can't say. Yet. Hope this helps.
