Well fantasy is still a great game system, i would hate for forge world to feel its not viable to continue producing models for it. Besides their output for heresy hasn't been lacking .

Oh god Necromunda, the skirmish game based on the most unwieldy rules set ever. I am so glad i started with 3rd ed, it's unreal :P

I love the idea that you guys still find a way to complain when forge world release a fantasy model for one week, despite the fact that their release schedule for heresy has been above and beyond the call of duty. I suppose if you personally don't play fantasy then it's worthless.

As far as I've seen, the only complaint wasn't about the release of a fantasy model, but was in reaction to a rumor about the release of Mortarion being falsified. Unless you have read a post that I missed that does show complaining about the release of a fantasy model?

Where was that rumor about mortarion from? just to keep an eye out for sources from it

idk why somebody would think about mortarion being next since a lot of things are pointing towards ferrus manus anyway.

though i will admit i was secretly hoping that it would be true since i swear im on fw's site every friday or saturday and refreshing x10

Well at least one person referred to it as "useless fantasy chod" or something to that effect.

Ferrus as the next primarch has been set in stone since the Forge World open day and as the Fulgrim video with Simon Egan stated, he went straight to work on the man with the rustiest hands in the west straight after finishing the phoenician.

This is the original link:
Although it has since been removed.
Mannus next was set in stone? I thought the information back then was that Egan would next be working on Mannus to complete the scene with Fulgrim, but that he would no longer be the only sculptor working on Primarchs; maybe Mortarion was ready more quickly than FM?
Well, according to the rumor, Mortarion was "supposed" to have been released yesterday. Yeah, that didn't workout. But from what I've heard, Ferrus Manus was said in passing or something that Manus was/is supposed to be next I believe. And I think I heard that there is supposed to be a Primarch released at Games Day. Theoretically, this model will be Ferrus Manus.

Haha, yeah good point. Poor Iron Hands...

Pfff, our guy was taken down by his traitorous brother augmented by who knows what Chaotic jujumagumbo. Your guy got his heart autographed by some regular Chump Marine, and that was after he was elevated to daemonhood :P

Down that route lies damnation. You're being played by Ward, god of endless discussions...

Back on track, about those Iron Hands Immortals...that's some awesome fluff, but the implications: cybernetics, automatons, employing truly dead Marines. Yessh, we're bound to go back to discussing Ferrus' view on the whole "bionic swap" practices on his Legion just because of those guys.

Huh. A non-kitchen one.

You know, I love this Egan guy. Aside from the hiccup that is Fulgrim's mouth, his models are top tier to me.

But damn it, I wish he wasn't alone. Can you imagine if they had three, four guys or gals handling the Primarchs? We'd be halfway through by now!

Sadly, it would potentially lower the quality, and introduce debates on the merits and flaws of the modelers.

Brilliant link SteelPaladin!

I'm great with Erebus' pose, most importantly it conveys his character, and in that pose he could either be preaching to the masses, calling a deamon to come forth or my personal opinion of converting your champion to his cause verymad.gif

I do have a small gripe with 'Phaeron though, in my opinion a more taut but powerful dynamism would have suited him, for instance slightly more hunched over than your average terminator but a very dynamic and lively casting action in the process would have gone great with him, at the moment he looks a bit like he's about to be tackled by Guilliman, though it does have some sorceryish stance to it. Stance is just a bit generic, is my overall gripe.

Edit: Phaeron's face is great though, a bit more of a strained bark would have suited him, but alas, still WIP eh whistling.gif

I know...

Kor is also still WIP from what the text says, so more elaborate details must be on the way. The face is also in the correct direction - very well thought out!

Erebus may be the reason I'll choose WBs as my primary detachment. Yes I like him THAT much! :)
