At least wait a day or so, lol, otherwise it sounds like you just received a ton of chocolates and got angry because there wasn't a Snickers among them.

Patience my darkness sulking brother... patience. Instead of being mad that FW hasn't released them, think that FW is working to make them better.

And I now know what my second legion army will be. I hope the sevatar model does him justice.

I hope it comes with an helm, to be honest. I understand Astartes commanders have impervious skulls, but Sevvy's helm is iconic.

 

On a related note, the Terror Squad skull helmets look incredibly awesome. But now I want to see the Raptors, hope they already have elongated helms.

I think I've spotted one potential problem. Sevatar has a rule called dirty fighter. It gives all of his attacks Instant Death plus whatever bonuses his weapons confer. Now reading how its supposed to do with him being one of the most dangerous close-combat fighters, I figured it just be attacks in the Assault Phase, or only when in base-to-base contact. But no phase or condition is specified. So would that mean that even his bolt pistol has Instant Death, or does not shooting not count as attacks?

There's no problem, because if you look closely you'll notice that he only has instand death when fighting in challenges. Still, his rules seem awesome.

 

As does everything else about the book so far. I'm glad I decided to make a nice trip to UK at the end of September...

Yeah, I know the feeling.

I'm just guessing that they'll end up doing the "best for last" and the "the first shall be the last" thingies.

Also, I don't like peanut butter.

Okay so after watching that video it has become more and more clear to me that I CANNOT WAIT till they tackle Calth and the Ultramarines. I'll wait a year or two or whatever, but it's gonna kill me. 

 

The new Legions look so awesome. FW's on a whole nother level.

Hmm. Looking over the Night Lords' Rites of War, they look good. I especially love the option to have Terror Troops as Compulsory Troop options. My only disappointment is that you can only take one Heavy Support slot. Thought I had almost found my Troop choice for that Armored Rapid Assault Force I had been trying to think of.So close. Yet so far.

I'm probably gonna stew for a bit after the release to see what new stuff comes our way (and finish my 40k Army) but by the new year, I vow I will roll back the clock to 15th Company's glory days, when we stood side by side and sought to tear down the throne of lies.

Yeah, I love it too, I just want all that armor. Then again, if their default choice is Land Raider Phobos, it might still be doable.

As I've said before, just how more deadly than Sevatar can one get in a challenge ?

 

4 attacks at WS7, S5 and AP3, with MasterCrafted, Rending and Precog..

 

And some more (out of challenges) besides, for a measly 175 points?

 

Considering how strong Khârn, Amit and Sigismund (amongst others too) were supposed to be in the WE pits, those are a few more who should be real beasts in challenges.

Don't forget that his dirty fighter rule gives all of his attacks Instant Death, but thankfully only in challenges. And yeah, definitely gives us something to look forward to, especially since Khârn is also supposed to be in Massacre, according to the video.
