You know they will make a Malcador the Sigillite just because. He doesn't need rules even but they will along with the rest of crew. I'm just hoping that Book 3 will provide an awesome lead up to the rest of the series and it doesn't slow down. This is the biggest undertaking FW has ever done and probably will ever do unless they move the timeline forward from the 40k plot.

If by illegally, you mean someone typed in a 2 and then a 3 in the address for the first puzzle piece image. There were daring shenanigans involved to get those photos off of the Forge World servers. Many Boffins died to bring us this information!

 

Given that you were the one that gleefully cut and pasted Panic's original post from Dakka onto WarSear without the decency of using the spoiler option, you are hardly playing with a straight bat, Wes. Nice one!

Regardless, FW hardly went out of their way to make it difficult for people to find the other jigsaw pieces. They could have prevented the photos from leaking easily if they had of wanted, by, y'know, NOT PUBLISHING THEM ON A LIVE WEBSERVER until the date that they actually wanted people to see them...

While I don't think that the whole cut and paste thing was all that bad, this logic is just terrible. That's like saying it is acceptable to shoplift so long as the store doesn't go out of its way to prevent it.

So yeah, really sounds like they wanted us to put it together so fast.

Sounds like they didn't intend to have it leaked, but then again they made it so laughably easy that you can't fault others. Personally I'm happy I know that it's Typhon, so now I can start planning my First Grand Company accordingly. He was the one that was preventing me from going through with it (along with Grave Wardens, but chances are they'll be out either soon before or after the First Captain).

Shoplifting? Geez, picking up freebies off a website now amounts to theft?

 

I think a better analogy would be walking, at a Convention, to a retailer's table who has pictures of upcoming products but some have been hidden behind drapes, and just walking over and peeking behind at the hidden pictures. Sure, it's out of line, but it's far from outright theft...

Actually it'd be more like knowing the retailer says they're going to hand out the pictures next day but instead you sneak behind the drapes and take the picture because "it's free and there and will be out soon anyways as a free product."

Then it wouldn't be a drape now would it? And it wouldn't be a correct analogy. We weren't supposed to know the pics were there to go looking for. But because we're selfish sods, we got nosy, went looking and pretty much buzzkilled Forgeworld. And to be honest, consider its Forgeworld who gives us what we want, we should be better people and let them have whatever fun they can get. Let them actually hand out the news and pics they want to hand out on their schedule. Would you like it if you tried to throw a party and one of your roommates ate all of the food before it even started?

All of my yes. The last Salamander Chaplain was Xaiver and that model could sure as hell use some improving. It'd be interesting seeing The Lord Chaplain, seeing as he was a Chaplain before such a thing really existed.

 

On that note, seeing more Salamander anything would be fantastic. As one of the more unique and thematic Legions, we don't get much too work with.
