Need backpack banner dimensions

I am away from my bits box and attempting to help a friend with her chapter banner.

I just need the dimensions of the banner area on the backpack banner pole bits.

I have access to high quality printers here, and GIMP to edit image.

In particular I need the area of the bit where you would attach or paint the banner.

Here's a picture of the bit I was going to use (thank you ebay ).
