CaptainHelion
I like the first one. Although, it's going to need to give them Interceptor, too. Otherwise they can only shoot flyers. Which would be slightly hilarious, but not amazing. Couple that with a decent veteran-style wargear selection and maybe specialist ammo, and you've got a hard as hell hitting squad. I like it Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/270921-create-a-sisters-unit-for-fun/page/4/#findComment-3306957 Share on other sites
*Furyou Miko
Not Interceptor. It's an anti-flier AoF for ranged, and it was mostly a joke, lol. You only need Interceptor vitally if you don't have the ability to switch Skyfire on or off (which that AoF does by virtue of being an AoF). CaptainHelion
A joke to you, perhaps. But then, that's why they don't get me to write codices. Codexes. Which should we use there? The correct English and Latin pluralisation is Codices, but GW uses Codexes. Does it matter? *Furyou Miko
How could suggesting that they get a 48" range anti-flyer multimelta ever be taken seriously? lol, it would be the end of flyers and the dawn of Sisters as an allied detachment across the board. True. It would never happen to sisters. 1 of the other factions perhaps, I wouldn't put anything past GW :p I think an AoF for Celestians that made all thier weapons Torrent would be pretty badass :p Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/270921-create-a-sisters-unit-for-fun/page/4/#findComment-3307246 Share on other sites

Naminé
The problem with that is that it only applies to flamers... Can't any weapon be given the Torrent rule though? In kill team this guy made his Meltagun a torrent weapon :0 Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/270921-create-a-sisters-unit-for-fun/page/4/#findComment-3307486 Share on other sites
*Furyou Miko
Yes, in theory, any weapon can have the Torrent rule. However, since the Torrent rule only applies to the placement of templates, if you give it to a meltagun it doesn't do anything.
