A Few Pictures

Valerian

Recommended Posts

Fellas,

Just thought that I'd share a few pictures with The Fang. Doing it in a thread, since my Blog is still offline.

First up, Hrothgar Oathtaker - Lone Wolf, recently painted by Drew Olds of Garden Ninja Studios:

Next up, Arnolth Eagle-eye - Wolf Guard, also painted by Drew:

Lastly, picture of yours truly, Valerian, recently promoted to Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army:

Thanks to all for the comments and congratulations. Just to be extra clear, though, I didn't paint the minis; as I stated in the OP, Drew Olds from Garden Ninja Studios did both (and gets all of my commission work these days).

Grats on the promo. How much longer till you are retired and yelling at kids to get off your grass in Florida or Arizona?

Just over 3 years left, BR, then I can choose to retire or keep with it.

Nice pictures all around and congratulations... by why in heaven's name do you have armor brass on when you should be wearing Cav brass msn-wink.gif?

Well, you're supposed to revert back to basic branch insignia when not assigned to a Cavalry unit, so back to Armor it is. I haven't been with Cav units since I left Troop Command almost nine years ago (although I do occasionally still sport the stetson and spurs).

Best regards to all,

V
