I'm slowly making my way through KNF so I don't know if it ends withthem at Terra or simply heading to Terra, so at the moment the most I know is that at the moment, Dorn is the only Primarch at Terra. That's just simply how much I know compared to the current events of the series. I could be wrong and just not know it yet. That's why I said what I said about nothing stating that Dorn is the commander during the Siege.
