daveclark890
I bought a DoA army, built it and under coated it and played a few games with it towards the end of 5th ed. Then 6th struck and I moved away from my LGC and my army was packed away. I now have a significantly reduced amount of work pressure so have dug my stuff out. I based all the models on at least 2 pieces of cork and I am now thinking that during my painting of them the bases would look awsome with snow on them. I think it would really work well with the red armour. Dont currently have any pictures as I have not painted any of the models yet but what do you guys think? Surely its not just Puppies and 1st Company Smurffs that fight in the snow! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/271091-snow-joke/ Share on other sites
Xenith
It'll look good, especially with some blood splatter on the snow. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/271091-snow-joke/#findComment-3302073 Share on other sites
JamesI
My BA are based on snow, mainly since I'm always lived in areas that get lots of snow. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/271091-snow-joke/#findComment-3302376 Share on other sites
Muras
I think good snow provides a nice contrast to the colors that BA tend to be painted in, so I'd say go for it!
