Where to add a pewter power fist assault marine?

I am rebuilding and reorganizing my two Assault squads and I want both sergeants to have the option to take a Power sword or a Power fist.

 

I have two assault marine bodies ready to be sergeants for this job

 

1. Has new power sword or power fist magnetized from current boxes set.

 

2. Has older power sword and power fist from the older Space Wolves boxed set.

 

3. Pewter veteran assault marine with power fist.

 

I was thinking of either making him just a normal assault marine sergeant as extra, but probably will never need three unless I make smaller squads.

 

or possibly

 

 

Honor guard (I think PF is too slow for this smaller unit, but would the attached character keep the PF safe from challenges?)

 

Veteran Vanguard (I think they can take two fists.)

 

or his original purpose

Suggestions?

captain is a reasonable idea, especially if you give him arty armour and/or storm shield, plus "retinue".

you can then guarantee a significant number of killing blows (high WS, very high S).

Pair him with a sergeant that strikes at initiative to accept/issue challenges.

Did I miss an FAQ? I'm more than sure BA caps can't take Artificer armour.
