All I did was modify a Tau sensor spine bit (because, seriously, who ever takes those?) I really don't know what to paint the generator. I was originally thinking of the same blue for the Librarian to make it kind of blend (with glow/energy effects in the inner rectangles), but then again, the PFG would be more of a Mechanicum thing... Like perhaps an object more like a refractor field on imperial guard characters. That is to say, a 'box like' object with wires sprouting out! But, a PFG emits a field enveloping everything within 3 inches, rather than a refractor field which only encompasses a user, so you figure it really shouldn't be as compact. Also, it provides a 4+ save to all within 3", as opposed to a refractor field, which only offers a 5+ to the user, so, I would think there would be a lot more to its construction and design over a refractor field.
