An excellent Typhus! I agree that the measured use of rust works perfectly for the final result- it's ofter the case that excessive use of rust overshadows other forms of decay. In this case you've done the rust but also the dirt and the ware of the armour to a very balanced result!

 

Congrats are in order!

What's your recipe for the dark metal and rust?
Lovely model by the way.

 Metal is a mix I made for my Astral Claws. Just Boltgun with a little black mixed into make it slightly darker. Wash it with Devlan. Highlight with Chainmail followed by Mithril. The rust is heavily watered down Vermin Brown. Once everything is done I also hit a few areas with FW's Rust weathering powder. Just have to be careful that you don't go overboard with it.
