Help me with reorganizing two Assault Squads.

I have about 25 Assault Marine models to work with.

 

I want to create at the minimum 1 full Assault Squad, but I would like to create either another Assault Squad or a Vanguard Squad. Another option is to make the squad changeable by magnetizing the heads and certain weapons.

 

My plans so far would be

 

1 Sergeant with magnetized CCW and magnetized pistol

2 Marines with magnetized arms for a gun (Since both arms are magnetized the model could work as the next two options)

2 Marines with PS and magnetized pistol

2 marines with PA and magnetized pistol

5 Marines with CCW and BP

 

If I magnetize he heads I can turn the squad easily into a Vaguard squad.

 

I have a lot of CCWs and will need to order a few, but I want to make the squad full of deadly weapons. Even in the case they are just CCWs, the squad will look cool, but with a head swap they easily become a vanguard squad with good options.

 

Some objections

 

Regular Assault Marines die easily, but does coolness overlook easy death

Rarely use a Vanguard squad much less for two, but four combat squads in a 2000 game might do the trick.

 

If you would like to suggest anything I might be missing please feel free to help create with me.

Magnetise up 4 with meltaguns and flamers so you can switch them out.

 

Sergeants magnetised with option for Power Swords or Power Axes. Swords for when you have an attached IC like a Priest or Libby. Axe for when they are on their own.

 

That should do it.
