Sisters with melta guns

Guys and gals does anyone have any sisters with melta guns they no longer require as Im in need of 14 and really can't afford to get them all from GW

meltaguns are the rarest special weapons in the sisters 2nd hand market :p

 

 

You could always convert some spare flamers into meltaguns though?

Here's a relatively cheap solution.  Pick up some extra storm bolter sisters.  No one seems to like them. Cut of the barrel of the storm bolter.  Use some plastic rod for a meltagun barrel.  Green stuff over the storm bolter magazine.  Use old guitar strings for the power cable, and BAM!.   Instant meltaguns.

Fun side note. GW isn't selling melta sisters through non GW outlets.

Nope no spare mg's here, if anything I need more as well. You could convert em? I use to sister pulling a pin on a grenade with her teeth a lot, or clip the flamer bits off a flamer girls and use the top off the Mechanicus garden wall from cities of death?

GW sell a pack of 5 meltaguns on their site, for about the same price a single sister with melta costs. You can find them in the 40K section under 40K Bitz, Weapons. If you have some spare sisters, trim the bolter off some regular bolter sisters and paste them on.

That's easier said than done. You can't just clip the bolter from the hands of most of the models.

Every modeller should have a dremel(or a "copy"). Makes things like this easier.

Personally, i generally just fuffil my special weapons needs with the sister pulling the grenade pin, as CommisarHarris said. but on that note i have more of her than another other single sisters (other than the superior with the plasma pistol, helmet, and chainsword)
