The same argument that is used against a Codex: Space Wolves Wolf Scout pack using Behind Enemy Lines if the pack includes a Wolf Guard Pack Leader... "Oh, we didn't think about that combo. It's kind of over-powered. Yeah, even though the rules are very clear that it works, we're going to FAQ it that you can't because it unbalances the fun of the game..." That arguement.
