Iron Sage
Fair enough that, Jeske. I am used to play with one and two. Most I have ever played with is 3 at a time, so I didn`t really consider multiple MC charges to be honest. Captain Idaho
You're behind the times the jeske. 6th edition has shown armies with fliers are at a significant advantage over other armies much of the time, and Space Wolves have none whilst Marines have 2. Long Fangs no longer dominate the game. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/272615-seahawks-review/page/4/#findComment-3332510 Share on other sites
Sception
Long Fangs may not, but the rune priests are still badass, as are their mini characters everywhere, and their troops are among the best value per point versions of marines in the game, and they can pick up some air support from the ubiquitous guard allies. I wouldn't necessarily put them at the top of the heap, but neither would I count them out, really. Captain Idaho
I'm not writing them off, but my points still stand; SW don't dominate the game any more and aren't widely selected as Allies just for Runes Priests. As bad as Runes Priests are, I don't think many Greater Daemons or Princes will be afraid of them once they get into assault.
