Hamertime95
So I'm working on two custom Chapter, one Dark Angel and one Blood Angel force who have formed together after being named renegades so have joined forces to survive. Basically one is very Sun and fire themed while the other is Moon and Ice themed. Basically I was wondering whether having both armies in a unified gray-ish colour with different trims would be a good idea to tell which is which army on the tabletop, with the Veterans keeping their old colours, or weather I should leave them as two separate Chapters with very different colour schemes, even though they are a very unified force? Kabbala
I am painting up my BA/SW force with one unified paint scheme. I am then painting the edges of the base to signify which Codex the unit is from, red base trim for the BA, grey for the SW. vonny
personally I'd go somewhere in between - have most of it a unified scheme, but a bit more than just the trims to show the difference in codex.
