need help with henchmen as troops for deathwatch theme list

i'm hoping maybe you guys can help me out here.

I want to make a fun to play Deathwatch themed 1500 list that's kinda fluffy, so probably an inquisitor and non-grey knight troops, mixed with an allied detachment of space marines painted up as Deathwatch.

my allied list (which is staying as it is, btw) consists of:

Pedro Kantor (makes sternguard scoring)

Sternguard squad (10) with:

3 combi-flamers,

a Heavy Flamer,

a Heavy Bolter,

and the sergeant has a Power Maul/Bolt Pistol.

Scout squad (5) with:

3 bolters,

1 Heavy Bolter,

sergeant with a Combi-Flamer

i dont really have any grey knight models, apart from a 9-man purifier squad i was gonna paint up as Exorcists, which has a hammer sergeant, 3 long swords, 3 dual swords, and 2 psycannon guys. there's no 10th guy cause he was used to convert a librarian a long while back.

i was thinking of also taking a xenos inquisitor, and give it power armour and Scythian Venom Talons so he wounds on 2+ all the time since he's only str 3.

i'd like to take henchmen as my primary knight force's troops, but i have no idea whats good or bad in those. could you guys give me suggestions on what to make? guess that means i also need coteaz for that too.  so with all that, i have 531pts to spend on the henchman troops. more if i drop points from the 256pt purifier squad.

i should probably have a unit of long range, and maybe a melee one as well since i dont have anything that excels in that yet.

because of a the model im thinking of converting for the xenos inquisitor, i think i may also give it a conversion beamer, so i may want a long range squad with that one.  i got my hands on a chimera with a heavy flamer/multi laser weapon combo on it, so i could put coteaz and a melee unit in there.

problem i'm having right now is reading everything, the fluff sounds cool for alot of the guys, but i dont know if they'll play well or not.  like these banisher guys. knowing everyone where i live wants to buy demon allies/whole demon armies, they sounded like they'd be good to toss one in every henchman squad just in case so i can force re-rolls on their invul saves.

after peaking through some henchmen lists here, i tossed this up thinking it might be good.
