Angel of Solitude
Having just read the first of the Dawn of War books, you can understand why there are some who suggest that the Blood Ravens are in fact a 1k sons successor chapter. Nothing has been confirmed officially, but if the suggestions are correct - that the 1k Sons who were not on Prospero ended up remaining loyal to the Emperor and forming the Blood Ravens - then would their story somehow fit into the overall "Horus Heresy" story arc? I'd guess I'd like there to be a book which covers the mysterious history of the Blood Ravens chapter, but then again I'd also like a book which covers the 2nd and 11th Legions... ;) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/273037-the-blood-ravens/ Share on other sites
Apothecary Vaddon
A Thousand Sons alludes to this, but the main piece of evidence is from Rebirth, a short by Chris Wraight Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/273037-the-blood-ravens/#findComment-3331977 Share on other sites
Conn Eremon
Those two Heresy pieces are likely all you'll get. It was outright stated that the allusions in them became too obvious and that they would be severely dialing it back.
