If you want to see a more thorough explanation of what I did and how I did it, go check out my blog www.thepaintingbunker.com The title is "Sorrow of Tranquility" Upon departing the Maelstrom Zone, the Carcharodonswere to enact a final course of action that would seal their dark legend; whathas become know as the Sorrow of Tranquility. After the surrender of the lastMantis Warriors to the Red Scorpions ended their part in the war, theCarcharodon’s fleet returned to the Endymion Cluster. Their, with the agreementof the Fire Hawks, to whom dominion had now been granted over the former MantisWarriors’ domains, they assisted the Fire Hawks in bringing the Cluster’sworlds brutally into compliance with their new masters and punished them fortheir transgressions. The Carcharodons focused their attentions in particularon the Tranquility system, whose worlds were the primary recruiting and traininggrounds of the Mantis Warriors Chapter and housed several of the Chapter’shidden bases and armories. There the Carcharodons uncovered and ransacked, andfrom Tranquility they harvested a generation of young males to fill theChapter’s losses, forcing them to fight to the death to prove their worth,although weather the Fire Hawks had expected them to go this far remainsunknown. undecideded Posted March 27, 2013 Share Posted March 27, 2013 While it always irks me when I see carcharadons unblooded, and Ive never seen them with such bright armor, I am no judge and youre work is otherwise impeccable , and the award well deserved. The terrain especially is breathtaking, almost like I can feel the stillness of the air as they march on the hidden bases of the M. Warriors.... I'm amazed that the preheresy land raider fits together with the gk redeemer sponsosn as well as it does- a good chunk of cash was invested there, and it payed off because it looks fabulous!
