Thought I would post up my WIP of Asterion Moloc - Minotaurs Chapter Master.

This is when I have pretty much done the base metals and started filling in the reds:

This is the Shield

I had started working on some of the gem stones to split the bronze and reds up.

The shield is coming along niceley and I split the colours a little more as suggested by one of my followers

This is the more up to date colours, I have worked on making the speartip a red hot flaming power weapon ( I can do a tutorial if wanted) and worked more on filling out the shield back with a few patterns from Greek glyphs.  I have also worked more on the body.  Its all still in bluetac stage and Im going to be working on the cloak next

This is probably the best moloc I've seen. Well done sir.

What was the recipe for the bone/marble trim on the shield?

Hi thanks, still a lot of work to do though.

The stone starts off with a base of Vallejo Model Air Grey RLM 84 and highlighted up with an ever increasing P3 Menoth White Highlight to pure then add white to the pure Menoth white highlight. The chip with Charadon granite a little and wash with devlun muds in places for shading and also I used burnt umber oil paints to add to the weathered effect as didn't want it too white. ( I learnt this from painted by g on facebook)
