I've had a lucky salvo from a combi plasma hit on double 6's, so 2 precision str 7 ap2 shots which kill the enemy sergeant and then give me a boon roll, or take out the enemy plasma/melta guns threatening my units. I'm currently rocking 2 squads of 7 plagues, one with dual melta and a combi melta, the other with dual plasma and combi plasma. Combi melta's are nice but I always seem to miss if I'm firing 1 shot (a total lie ofc, but it always feels that way). Combi flamer's can be useful too...
