(Edit: I have built more chaplains, captains and HQs than Standard Space Marines in the last years. Make a Standard troop Challenge, and count me in too. Was talking about a whole squad. But you don't need to counter me, was only an idea. Challenges do motivate me to build and paint. (A simple, I have something very specific in mind for a Chaplain that I've had in my head for a while. To simply inform, I will be using the Power Axe chosen from the Dark Vengeance set as the base of my model. The head will be completely removed but the legs, torso, and left shoulder will remain because I like them. I know this does not fit with the 25% rule but I wanted to check.
