That's a very odd palette. I think you might be trying to use too many colors- yellow, red, kiwi green, silver...

 

I would lose the green altogether, except for maybe the power sword.  Some of the small details could use a touch- the skulls on the bike, the bolter, and the ankle.

 

Nice to see you take a shot at weathering.  It's not bad, but is pretty much absent on the front, which is weird to say the least.

 

But most of all, mold lines!  Ick!  Evil evil mold lines.  The sword arm and on top of the backpack, for instance.

besides the mold lines I think a good matte finish needs to be applied to the robes. They are just to shinny, for cloth material unless they are made of something else in your fluff.
