I certainly understand this when measuring to hit, for example. One might argue that the banner or the PFG from a character inside the vehicle are not part of the vehicle. Is it a generally accepted fact or opinion that artifacts, banners, etc... inside a vehicle are now "distances involving a vehicle" or is there more specific language that discusses this. Thanks.
