2000 points Death Guard Heresy army

This is the list ive come up with so far, im worried its a tad AT light however, any suggestions would be much appreciated.
the basic idea is that the preator and termis go into the spartan and steamroll into the middle of the enemy force, whilst 1 tactical squad follows to support, whilst the other two hold the flanks

Here's my two cents:

 

1) change your predator squad to having just two tanks with plasma destroyers, take off the heavy bolters as you have enough anti light infantry....you can use those destroyers against the termie squads or 20 man blobs more effectively.

 

2) meltas have started losing their flavor and more people are taking plasma. I suggest substituting cerimite for a flare shield, it has a better general use and you should be able to take out small 5 man melta suicide squads easily with your tacs.

 

3) Replace the whirlwinds with a heavy support squad with a weapon of choice, preferably anti tank...or you can do volkite culverins because they have a high strength and shot output and their special rule. Put an augury scanner on the sarge and laugh at any flyers as you can intercept them and have enough shots to bring them down before they can do anything.

 

4) you can save points for your praetor if you keep his armor and just get a combat shield or refractor field. You will save 25-30 points that way and still have the same save.

 

5) if you have any points left get a Primus medicae for your tacs as he can get VPs back if they die,or if you have more points get an apothecary detachment instead. Nothing says, "I'm a death gaurd and am going to sit out any :cussstorm coming my way" like 20 man tacs with FNP ;)

thanks for the feedback depth, ive made some changes to the list, dropping a predator, the whirlwinds and the terminator armour for the praetor as well as swapping out the armoured ceramite for flare shields and adding apothecaries. i was, however unsure about dropping the sponsons on the preds as a weapon destroyed result without sponsons would practically make it useless..

Id love to hear what you think of the revised list, it definately feels a lot stronger in my eyes, items marked in green are the changes:
