pyroknight
A fast vehicle that moves 12" (cruising speed) can fire 2 weapons at full ballistic skill. Is a fast transport allowed to count a passenger as one of its weapons for this purpose? Page 78 says that passengers must snap fire. Page 83 says that 2 weapons may be fired with full ballistic skill but doesn't specify that the weapons must belong to the vehicle itself. So If I move 12" with my land speeder storm, can two of the scouts fire at full BS or do all the scouts snap fire? CM_Seth
The vehicle and its passengers are two entirely separate units, evidenced by the fact that the vehicle and its occupants can fire at different targets at different times in the same Shooting phase. The passengers' weapons are never considered when it comes to how many weapons the vehicle itself can or will be firing, or at what quality (full BS or Snap Shot).
