Yes, Messor, I keep everything saved in text editors anyway.  Feel free to delete the old thread; there's no reason to keep it around.

Thanks, Gripherius.  If no one has any C&C for me, I'll submit it to the Tabula Astartes.  Does anyone know why the chapter symbol and the titles aren't centered?  I used the center, /center codes, but they're still right-aligned.

Why don't you paste up the opening code here and we'll see if we can spot the issue. Also, folks, while its certainly good to be finished(or at a stopping point) before submitting to the Tabula, it's not requisite, and any changes you make later will still be reflected since it links back here. I just don't want people to think they to perfect their IA's before adding them, as the Tabula is a great resource at any point on the creation process once the article is on its feet. Edit: I seem to have fixed the code issue.  I just re-inserted the code through an edit.  Strange that it doesn't work the first time.
