I think we're all familiar with this FAQ answer being used against Njal.  I was sure there was a C:SW FAQ about this as well, but can't seem to find it.  Now we have this:

 

"Q: Can enemy Zooming Flyers and Swooping Flying Monstrous Creatures be hit by Imotekh the Stormlord’s ‘Lord of the Storm’ special

rule? (p55)

A: Yes.", C:N FAQ

 

I smell a precedent here.  I wonder if Njal will get some lovin' when our FAQ gets an update.

But don't you have to roll using Imotekh's lord of the storm ability while Njal's hits automatically?

You roll a d6 to determine if a unit is affected by the ability, but if it is it is hit automatically by d6 hits.  No to-hit roll is ever made.
