IndigoJack
So grand strategy allows dreadnoughts to "score as if they were troops," however it doesn't mention anything about denying an objective. The rulebook calls out that vehicles are never denial units, even if they're troops. So it seems to me that dreadnoughts cannot deny objectives even with grand strategy. This can be reinforced by the precedent that vehicles are never denial units in "big guns never tire" and "the scouring" What do you guys think? Dreadnoughts are never denial units or did I miss something? Gentlemanloser
I think the GK FAQ covers this. BRB. It does. A Walker under the effect of 'Unyeilding Anvil' 'claims' and 'contests' objectives, even though it's a vehicle. While not the same wording as 'score' and 'deny', I'm satisfied by that FAQ entry. ;) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/274692-dreadnoughts-tgs-and-denying-objectives/#findComment-3359368 Share on other sites
