Biggabertha
Yeah, that's actually a really good tutorial posted there - like it said though, the tail switching is a pretty big problem and you'll need to either use some tin foil (kills the stability, the tail is a bit too heavy to me) or a series of really small magnets. Failing that... you might actually have to cut into the model itself some more to get a good basing for the magnets but getting a flush fit might be difficult. My pics, if they help at all: http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g215/Biggabertha/IMG_0190_zps5ddd5259.jpg http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g215/Biggabertha/IMG_0189_zps0a37704a.jpg http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g215/Biggabertha/IMG_0188_zps4127cbe2.jpg http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g215/Biggabertha/IMG_0187_zpsa707943a.jpg It's almost the same problem if you want to replace the wings but since the wings have a much large area and slot to fit into the body, I'd say it'd be a lot easier than the tail. If you need anything else though, feel free to ask; now that I have all of my models and I'm at home, it's about time I posted my vow(s) and get started..! Rindaris
In regards to the pocket cost of the Neph, I wanted one and since I actually like the model of the Stormtalon more, I converted one to use as a Neph. I know its not the best unit points-wise, but it has generally served me quite well. $30 cheaper and it works just as well, never one complaint. I have ran it alongside an allied Stormtalon even. Hmm... thought I had a picture of it I could post, I'll have to correct that.
