need help uploading ETL Vow pics

apologies in advance, I'm probably being really thick here, but I can't figure out how to upload or post pictures - can anyone give me instructions?

 

I've tried following the instructions in "B&C 101" for Gallery, but fail miserably at step 1 when I can't find "my albums" in the control panel.

 

again I'm probably just being dense, so your collective patience is appreciated!

I just use photobucket.

Look at the top left of this page, where you'll see your avatar and name. Click on the downward pointing triangle to open a menu of things, one of which will be 'My Gallery'.

thanks Cactus, unfortunately still no joy.  the following are the only options I have from the drop-down menu:

 

My Profile

My Settings

My Content

Content I Follow

Manage Friends

Manage Ignore Prefs

Personal Messenger

 

If I follow "My Content" I get a Gallery tab, but following that offers no functions to upload pics, just a circular path back to posts i've made before for some reason.

 

Figured it out eventually after much button-pressing, panic over.
