maverike_prime
Tx. Didn't mean to hijack your thread in any way. In my build, I lengthened the nose, but followed the original contour of the body frame. That's how sharp it can get. If you want to follow the Apache style, then a box nose would need to be constructed and you can extrude it out. The tail I know will be different and the engines are going to stay stock. I was going more for an Orca build... What other changes might you do? All of the changes and modifications I'm planning on are covered in part 1 of my video log. The lengthening of the tail, the addition of a tail rotter, the extended nose, the removal of the wings from the engines, and the modification of the twin-linked assault cannons are the major modifications I'm working on for the kit. I'm also working on installing a lighting array through out the model which will include lights in the belly thrusters, lights in the main engines, and lighting in the cockpit. http://i1245.photobucket.com/albums/gg586/clarkus-maximus/2013-11-30192053_zps2f6f1587.jpg http://i1245.photobucket.com/albums/gg586/clarkus-maximus/2013-11-30191935_zps6fbd2ce8.jpg um... I'm not really sure what sort of image you were going for with that conversion. It doesn't really strike me an attack craft, more like an escape pod that had weapons stuck on it.
