Question about Horus Heresy miniatures

I'm sure a large order can be a great way to save money in the long run, avoiding the delivery costs, but I myself have always preferred the small ones; here in Quebec/Canada, sales taxes amount to (when you combine provincial and federal) 15%. On top of that, I don't know if there's any other import tax that could be added to large orders (considering the price difference between GW's UK and prices it would be possible) I prefer keeping my orders light and pay 15% shipping and so far have never had a surprise bill from cutoms when I picked up my orders...
