WG Vrox
looking good there vrox! have you considered searching a nice image and putting that behind it? Yeah I have and seen quite a few cool images and pictures with such images. however I am trying to work on the "set" look. This way I can better control the background lighting and depth the set adds to the photo. Very time consuming process to get it to look right. Squark
If I might ask, how exactly did you do that combat knife pose? I've been wanting to do that on a few Grey Hunters the next time I build a pack, but I don't recognize the arm you used there. Bulweih
Good looking pic and miniatures there brother, very thought-out poses, keep up the good work! @squark: If I may, that looks like a normal Bolter holding arm. At least that's how I do mine, said arm plus crosspiece and blade of the knife on one side of the hand and a little of the grip on the other side- "et voílá"! Bulweih has it, other than I cut the arm all the way through at the top of the elbow piece and re-glued it at the proper angle. Its one of my favorite poses. If you do this make sure to use plastic glue and not superglue, it is a much stronger bond and fusses the new joint. The other pose I enjoy showing off is the one on the very right, if you look close you will see that he is in the middle of a clip change. Rune Priest Jbickb
Love that knife guy, may hafta give that a try, been looking for a new GH pose that one is fantastic. The coup change also adds an interesting sense of reality. I like him too. All and all those are some rockin models B) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/278072-a-new-fun-photo/#findComment-3412729 Share on other sites

magnusthetraitor
I seem to recall seeing that mini at Conquest '09? Sometime around that. Those Grey Hunters are looking sharp and stealthy, as any true brothers of Morkai should be.
