Evil double spartan list

So having faced many double land raider lists I thought why not a double spartan list?? So fiddling around I came up with this 1850 list

 

Legion librarian 130

Artificer armor, refractor field melta bombs, level 2

 

Legion tactical squad 298

X18 tactical marines with bolter, bolt pistol, ccw

Sergeant , power sword, bolt pistol , melta bombs

 

Legion tactical squad 310

X19 tactical marines with bolter, bolt pistol, ccw

Sergeant , power sword, bolt pistol, melta bombs

 

Land raider spartan 350

Flare shield, armored ceramite, auxiliary drive

With some luck this will be a nasty list to destroy my foes what do you think?

Pretty good...I'd like to see how it plays against others ;)

Though im probably going to tell you what you already know - the list is very tactically unflexible

I would say take off the bolters as the squads coming out of the spartans should be assaulting.

Possibly turn in the libby and two squads for a praetor with the pride of the legion rites and get either termies or vet squads with some power/ special weapons as well.

If you want to keep most of your list i would just say scrap the bolters and grab two buffed apothecaries for extra blobby goodness

Well the plan was rush forward ASAP, disembark bolt pistol, charge and utterly destroy something, hold whatever objective I just cleared and bolter down anything that gets close.... If I drop all the bolters I'm going to have to rebuild all my models lol... And it gives me some flexibility. And the prescience librarian will make those bolters super deadly
