Varied and interesting Henchmen

I've been trawling through 3rd party websites looking at some of the other miniatures available to use as inquisitors and henchmen. Inevitably i now have dozens of models heading my way and far too many conversion ideas im itching to do. The problem is that our codex doesnt really reflect a varied warband. i know we do already have 10 characters but i don't think they cover all the bases. (and lets be honest, some are so un-useful that you don't want to take them anyway.

So now that i have all these cool characters in the works i want to write some data sheets for them.

It will be easy to make them stupidly over powered. so im going to start from the model and the character and what makes sense for them rather than starting with something i need in game.

I'd also be interested if you guys come up with anything.

Here is my first attempt:

I'm taking this model which is a sort of elfy girl from hasslefree

I'm going to majorly repose her and stick her on top of this so it looks like she is scouting.

Then im going to stick an eldar jetbike to the side of the column by a wing tip. the bike will be modified to look a bit more imperial.

The idea is that she is an eldar mercenary whose life the inquisitor spared in exchange for service as a scout and spy.

So sierra is a unique character but i am also planning to have generic henchmen to. What do you guys think? How many points should she cost?

Next on my list is an interesting one. I've bought this gorgeous model.

He is perfect (although i think i'll change the page boy) I have even thought of making him an inquisitor in his own right. It should be an interesting character as clearly he wont be doing any fighting. some vague ideas i have right now are that he should be a psyker but maybe rolling a different power each turn (as he looks them up in his book) also he could have look out sir rolls made for him as though he were an independent character. any other ideas are welcome.

I finished my datasheet for this guy

I like the idea of his being extremely weak and feeble and old and therefore being useful for his knowledge and his books.

looking at it there are two changes i might make. First with the book of spells special rule i may add "if a warp charge 2 power is rolled then the primaris is taken"

second i may make the psychostroke grenades a paid add on, that or raise the points cost. My thinking is that the scholar has his own little concotions he has made in his lab, im planning to greenstuff a whole load of little bottles for him to throw.
