Under Chaos Cultists, they have the option - Any Chaos Cultist may exchange his autopistol for an autogun - xx/pts Likewise, Noise Marines have - Any Noise Marines may take a ccw - xx/pts or Replace his boltgun with one of the following - CCW - xx/pts - Sonic Blaster - xx/pts Looking at this, the default layout for a Cultist Champion is Autopistol + CCW, whilst Noise Champion has Bolter, BP, CCW... Does their name change, Cultist Champion and Noise Champion, prohibit these units picking up an autogun and sonic blaster respectively? I'm certain the answer will be yes.
