But I would like to call your attention to Azreal's page where it states pretty clearly that he is the only one that carries the supreme grand master title, and that the successor chapters defer to his leadership. Also from the fluff only the Supreme Grand Master of the DA (Azreal) is privy to the final secret, that Luthor is still alive and held in stasis on the Rock. I just feel that the first and second companies are run in a similar fashion to the legion as a whole. That Belial and Sammie command all of the first or second companies just like Azreal commands not only the DA chapter but all of the successor chapters as well.
